They did a complete reroof on my house, and it turned out immaculate. On top of that, Rafael and his crew also re-primed and painted all of my metal buildings on the ranch, and the results were just as impressive. Everything was done with care, attention to detail, and real craftsmanship. The entire project came out better than I expected, and its clear they take pride in their work. I had a great experience with A-Group Capital Roofing and Remodeling for roof repairs at my home off Dennis Avenue on the west side of Fort Worth, near West Worth Village. After noticing some leaks inside the house, Rafael came out to inspect the roof and found that the previous roofing company hadnt done the work correctly. He explained everything clearly and had his crew take care of the repairs right away. The work was done the right way, and it was a huge relief knowing the issue was finally fixed. A-Group Capital Roofing and Remodeling truly came through for my family. My parents live off Cockrell Avenue in Southside Fort Worth, and after Allstate completely denied their roof claim, I immediately thought of Rafael because he had done such a great job on my own roof a few years earlier on the west side of Fort Worth. Rafael came out, reinspected my parents roof, and put together a clear report with photos that led to a reinspection. When the new adjuster came out, he actually called me and said our roofer did a great job documenting the damage, and he approved a new estimate right away. Allstate ended up covering my parents roof, and Rafael and his crew did an excellent job on the work. What meant the most was how much care Rafael showed toward my parents he went above and beyond and treated them with respect, even telling me they reminded him of his own parents. Were incredibly grateful he stepped in and helped us when we didnt know where else to turn.

He took the time to carefully look over everything and was able to find damage across the roof that had been missed before. Rafael then put together a detailed supplement report along with photos and worked directly with the insurance company when they came back out to reinspect. Thanks to his attention to detail and persistence, my roof was approved for over $17,000.
